As students in grades 1-12 begin the 2022-23 school year on Wednesday, August 17th, it's almost "go time" for the Miami Tracy Local School District.

"Next, we introduced a new school app to improve information for parents and guardians," Pitzer said. "We are constantly exploring ways to improve inter-district and inter-district communication as defined in our strategic plan. We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of our Miami Trace District app.
This new mobile app is designed to be a more convenient form of communication for students, families and staff. It contains links and links that can be accessed quickly and easily from any mobile device.
"If you haven't seen it on the premises that your child or children visit, please contact our office and we will help you update your phone number and email on the final forms," Pitzer said.
As Miami Keeps Building, Rising Seas Deepen Its Social Divide
Screenings for Kindergarten students are Tuesday, August 16th and Wednesday, August 17th. Half of the Kindergarten students (A-M) will announce on August 22nd and the other half (N-Z) will announce on August 23rd. Kindergarten students are scheduled to come to school on August 24.
